These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ParcelTrack Pro governing your use of the ParcelTrack Pro extension and the website parceltrackpro.online (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own package-tracking purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service except as allowed by law; (b) use it to break any law or third-party rights; (c) overload, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or carrier systems; (d) resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

3. Third-party services & carriers

The Service retrieves shipment data from carriers and third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their data, accuracy, availability or terms. Delivery information is provided “as is” and may be delayed or inaccurate.

4. Third-party promotions

The Service is free and may show third-party content or promotions. We are not responsible for third-party offers, sites or products.

5. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that tracking information is accurate, timely or complete.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ParcelTrack Pro WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM MISSED, DELAYED OR INACCURATE DELIVERY INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
